What does Ferret Depot charge for delivery?

Ferret Depot has 3 tiers for shipping charges, based on your cart total (not including taxes):

  • Shipping is $9.99 for orders under $49.00
  • Shipping is FREE for all orders $49.00 and over!
How long will delivery take?

Shipping is typically by USPS, FedEx, or UPS, and customers should expect to receive their orders within 4-7 business days after ordering. Please be patient during busy seasons, as there are times when shipping may take an extra 1-2 days.

How do you handle security? Is my data protected?

We take security and privacy VERY seriously here. In order to keep your transaction and account data secure, we use 2048-bit encryption SSL certification on our website, and all transactions are handled with encrypted tokens to Stripe, one of the most-used online payment systems in the world. We never know your credit card information, and they never get passed directly off through our payment system.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once an order comes through our system, we determine the box size your items need to ship in, we order the shipping, and send your ferret goodies out the door! Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can see where your package is at any time either by visiting the shipping provider’s website or our own Track Your Order page.
