I had 5 ferrets at one time and I bought 3 collars once and they had metal slip brackets for adjusting, they went small enough for it to fit my young ferrets and they never came off, then I got 2 more and they had plastic brackets and They were differnt they slipped off becuase they loosen to much, I give the metal bracket the other ones a 5 for fitting, colors, and they work great the plastic bracket ones are a 3 they stay on the older ferrets but not the really active younger ones they get them right off...

We ordered three of these collars for our ferrets. We recived two very high quality collars with metal buckles that work great. They don't slip, and have held up really well. The other collar we recieved has a plastic buckle, and loosens constantly. It has already started falling apart, and we havent even had it for a week. If they had all been the metal collars we would be exstatic, however we are extreamly disappointed with this product.
