 Great home, & great buy.

First off the cage is massive. I know the dimensions are there and I knew how big it was going to be but I'm more a visual person so for others likewise, I stand at 5'7" and it comes nearly to my chin if that helps. There's def lots of room to put all kinds of things. It wasn't difficult to piece together the cage itself, maybe 15 min once I had all the pieces unwrapped. I too did the platforms as pictured only because it seemed the safest way for him to not fall and get hurt, at most he'll fall one level. I only have the one ferret atm but I can see this easily housing 6+. The only thing imo that would send this over the top would be if it had a ramp so they could come and go from the cage at will, it's too high otherwise and I'll have to improvise, but still, adore this new home. Oh and the new packaging helped UPS get this to me without so much as a dent or break so I think that issue has been solved.

This is a great cage for multiple ferrets. The pull out pan makes it easy to clean and there is plenty of space. I set mine up just like the picture and it works well.

I love this cage and so does my ferret. It is amazing and well made. Nice and roomy. There are lots of levels that I put toys on. This is the best cage I have ever bought!

Great Product - Bad UPS

The Marshall Penthouse is amazing. Period. However, it was packaged in a box that looked like it went through World War III, a tornado, and a blizzard. The cardboard box just fell apart by the time it got to me. I am not pointing the finger at ferretdepot; rather, it is UPS that needs to fix things. The bottom slide out part was shattered when it came to me, but MARSHALL products are AMAZING and their customer service is STELLAR! MARSHALL replaced the broken part - FREE of charge! I love Marshall products! They are the best and their customer service is excellent!

I bought the cage at 1 P.M. the day before x-mas eve and got it at 9:00 x-mas Eve made the cage pay for it self! My little ones love it they can play and goof off.. when when the slip off platfrom they land on another one... they have even become nice because they have more to do! it was easy to put together but did take some time.. because of it size and the little ones were a little scared a first with all the room... but after a day they loved it and its held up great. They dont always use the litter box ( i think they know ill open the door to clean the cage and they will run out!) but the platfroms are easy to clean and the doors make it easy to get in to any part of the cage! Even with the high from the growned they can get in a out..( though my might be party monkey. I love it and even told a girl i work with about it... she plans on getting one too!.... all i can say is wow!

I have 4 ferrets and this cage gives them plenty of room for climbing, wrestling and all of their hammocks, beds, and toys. I love the pull-out tray on the bottom. 2 of my babies won't use a corner litter box, so this one is much easier to clean than any other cage I've had.

I have 3 babies and this new home gives them plenty of room to roam around and play in. I was actually very surprised when I started putting it together because I didn't realize how big it was going to be. My old cage was about the same price, but much smaller than this one, so it's a great buy also.

Great Cage

I have two babies and they love their new home. THere is so much room for them to run around and cause a ruckus! The only problem that I have with the cage is that the bottom tray can easily be slide out by curious ferrets. My little boy actually broke the clasp that is supposed to hold the tray from sliding out. That was easily fixed with two holes drilled in the front and back of the cage and two carriage bolts with nuts to hold the tray in place. Overall a great buy for the size and durability of the cage. Much bigger that expected!!!!

This is a great cage for a great price. My two ferrets love it. It gives them plenty of room for them to play and sleep. The only problem is that the flooring is slippery. I made removable pads to set on top of mine which made it a lot easier for them to walk and also prevents them from getting their feet caught in the gaps.
Also was very easy to put together. I had mine up in 20 min.

My ratties are going to LOVE this cage! It was somewhat confusing to put together, but it looks awesome! It would be great for ratties, ferrets, chins, any thing that can't fit its head/body through the bars! I'm recommending it to all my friends!
